Seeing submodalities

You know that point where you're getting people to work with submodalities as a way of changing the impact of a visual memory? And you're waving your hands like a kind of advanced ice dancer finishing their routine on a triple axel with arms following through...

Let's say the submodality shift you want to make is to push the troublesome image away into the distance turning it black and white as you go. At the same time you're bringing that happy memory front and centre in full colour.

You could do that in two ways.

You could make a Powerpoint of the animation you're looking for and save it as a movie and show that to your students.

You could use the online .gif makers to make a gif that just keeps on going like the energiser bunny.
